Pros
working remotely, flexible hours, salary
Cons
In my case, NGDS needed to fire someone to make the client (the Marine Corps/Navy) happy. They made up lies about me for their scapegoat scenario. The project has many bad apples: people with inflated egos who stab others in the back, people who don't work at least 40 hours a week, people who don't know how to do their job but somehow manage to BS their way thru it. But instead of addressing any of these major problems, they decide to blame a developer for everything. What a poor way to manage a project and treat someone that YOU contacted for a job. I didn't know NGDS existed before a recruiter contacted me. Now I wish I had never met them.
