-very, very, poor communication between departments -too many managers, it can get confusing if you're being asked to do different things by different people -very little focus, seem to change the company's direction every few months -lots of backstabbing between departments, managers more interested in making their department look good -will hire new workers, who get paid less than people who have been there for a while, and then fire people who have been there longer, seniority means very little -management plays favourites
