Cons
- Worst workplace environment I've ever experienced. Egos are very high all around, and it is a very toxic work environment.
- Management does not take workplace bullying/harassment seriously. Even the Nexstar HR department doesn't care to investigate the behavior at these small stations.
- Very low pay for the amount of work and hours you put in.
- Constant schedule changes and not a lot of holidays off or good vacation time.
- Not a lot of opportunities for web writers to go outside the station on reporter stories, unless you are "favored."
