Pros

-Great people working there -Great starting point for people fresh in their careers

Cons

- company is about show ..not really aligned with their own values - very unorganized - leadership doesn’t set you up for growth - slowly but surely stepping away from DEI and making a more uniformed look & initiatives

Pros

Competitive compensation, exposure to a fast-paced mortgage servicing environment, and the opportunity to work with many hardworking professionals.

Cons

While accountability and policy adherence are important, I found the coaching and performance management process to be inconsistent. In my case, concerns that ultimately led to my separation were based on examples spanning many months, yet they were never addressed through coaching or corrective feedback when they occurred. This made it difficult to identify and correct issues before they escalated. After many years with the company and no prior disciplinary history, I would have appreciated a more proactive approach to employee development and communication. Managers have many responsibilities, but regular feedback and timely coaching should remain a priority to help employees succeed and avoid preventable outcomes.
