      Pros

      Kept all employees trained to enhance their skills.

      Cons

      Hard to be promoted sometimes. Had more responsibilities and a team assigned under my command but never got actually promoted. So I left. Can´t choose the right year though. It was 2007. Things may have changed since then.

      Generally good people. Pay and benefits are decent

      Cons

      Management keeps taking away employee perks and seems to only want to hoard more of the wealth, Record gold prices yet we continue to have cuts and had multiple waves of layoffs... disgusting. No upward mobility
