ELT had great vision and direction to secure a long term future success of company.
Cons
Perspective is the change in leadership not in the best interest for company, shareholders or employees. New ELT’s direction was not what Boyce and predecessors had spent last 95+ years continuously working to maintain; specifically ensuring company growth; not growth in pocket.
