      Pros

      Newmark's upper management really takes good care of their people. My co-workers are the best and make working at Newmark a good experience. My manager always steps in to help solve any issue and has a humble and helpful attitude.

      Cons

      There aren't many career advancement opportunities, the work can be very repetitive, and dealing with some of the larger personalities can be a challenge at times. I wish there was more flexibility for working remote. The compensation is below market and the benefits aren't great, there is little to no 401k matching.

      Pros

      When I first joined Newmark in 2021 I could not have been more happy with the company, my manager, leadership, compensation, growth, and opportunities

      Cons

      The company made the decision to replace US based workers with employees based in Mexico so that they could offer lower wages. It was extremely disappointing to find that after almost five years with the company that I would be replaced by employees who could afford to accept lower wages.
