Pros

The only pro to Newegg are the coworkers; you will meet some of the best people at lower levels because we all suffer from middle and upper management That being said if you can stay away from this place, avoid at all costs. Unless Upper MGMT and CEO is replaced, Newegg will eventually be delisted and bankrupt. Purchased a lot of third-party accessories that nobody has intention to buy

Cons

-Micromanagement to the moon; supervisors and upper management will lecture you even if you do your job correctly -Lack of training/knowledge; rather than training individuals on the concepts, mgmt will train you 20-year old methods and get mad if you try to implement more convenient methods - Lack of professionalism in the office; a lot of middle and upper mgmt will make things personal and are often rude/snarky when you try to complete tasks -No room to grow and move up the corporate ladder; this place makes you feel like you’re stuck at a dead end job -No WL balance; all salary positions are exempt, so expect to stay countless overtime hours The list of cons goes on and on; it is by far the worst company I have worked for and I am genuinely displeased at how much I have disliked working for such a corrupt company.

Pros

Great learning opportunities with exposure to multiple aspects of the business. Fast-paced environment that encourages continuous growth and adaptability. Clear team structure and well-defined responsibilities, allowing employees to stay focused and execute efficiently. Plenty of opportunities to take ownership of projects and make a meaningful impact. Collaborative teams and strong cross-functional communication.

Cons

As a global company with a diverse workforce, communication styles can vary across teams. In some situations, discussions may take place in languages other than English, which can occasionally create challenges for employees who are not fluent in those languages.
