CSR - Purchasing Administrator Newegg Employee Review

Best training i've ever had they dedicate their training to have us become better/ the best. Because of Newegg training i am more worthy somewhere else. It makes you look good for another job and higher pay somewhere else. They do acknowledge your service for them. when i was working there they often did bring food and stuff to show their appreciation for our hard work they also gave everyone ice cream for making it one rank higher than before for top 10 in customer service. Even though i got fired it was MY fault not theirs. People are complaining abotu how this is a terrible place etc the people make it that way not Newegg. Yes timeliness is VERY important anywhere not just Newegg. It's like saying you want to have your own business and want committed workers yet accept people who barely show up and when they show up they show up late. That is unacceptable in any business. The ones who complain about this job must have a problem with themselves. Pay? understandable customers get veryyyyyyy crazy with you and stress out your day and we work hard to maintain a good service yet get the job done. A higher pay would be appreciated.
