Lots of sabotaging, it’s a dog eat dog world, they will criticize you if you don’t look a certain way especially as a lady. Dood to door sales and lots of rejection. To be expected with any kind of sales job, but what they don’t tell you in the interview is that it will be about three months of minimal to no income during the door-to-door period. The highest turnover you will ever see, the people that have been there the longest is because they have been doing door-to-door sales for 2+ years nobody ever actually gets through the program in the way that they promise and advertise so. They also expect you to show up first thing in the morning and be the last one to leave, so you can be working 12 to 15 or maybe even 16 hours a day, leaving you no other option but to make work your entire life. That is, if you want to succeed. Take it from someone who left before it was too late and found a better job with stability and work life balance (which they absolutely shun and criticize every morning meeting by the way). They don’t want you working for anyone else because they want you working for them to keep making them their money and if you happen to be one of the 400 that make it to the top, they still have their army of door to door salesman, making them every single cent.
