Pros

Good pay with benefits. Could be a foot in the door if you want to work in the s9lar industry.

Cons

Very pessimistic working environment with no accountability. Management is very abusive constantly blaming employees for operations issues while failing to reward hard work. Lots of entitlement in certain departments which contributes to a already very unprofessional working environment. The pay is just not worth the hardship.

Pros

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Newgen. The work culture is excellent, and there are ample opportunities for career growth. Newgen is committed to hiring ambitious young professionals and invests heavily in their development and potential. If you're looking for a place to jumpstart your career, I highly recommend Newgen. They are very accommodating and supportive, and I genuinely felt like I was making a difference working there. It truly felt like family - I left with a good sense of accomplishment, and would have stayed working full-time longer if not for the pay and the amount of work.

Cons

The workload can be substantial, leading to pressure, stress, and potential burnout. However, the company is generally lenient about deadlines. Some processes are a bit disorganized, but they are actively working on improvements. Raises are infrequent and are often pushed off, so negotiating a higher starting salary is advisable.

Pros

Nice office environment, good service they are providing.

Cons

Management is not on the same page and doesn't listen to its people when it comes to shifting with the tides. To quick to reposition someone to another role without giving it enough though. Inexperienced staff to many egos floating around.
