They are very accommodating and supportive, and I genuinely felt like I was making a difference working there. It truly felt like family - I left with a good sense of accomplishment, and would have stayed working full-time longer if not for the pay and the amount of work.

The workload can be substantial, leading to pressure, stress, and potential burnout. However, the company is generally lenient about deadlines. Some processes are a bit disorganized, but they are actively working on improvements. Raises are infrequent and are often pushed off, so negotiating a higher starting salary is advisable.

Management is not on the same page and doesn't listen to its people when it comes to shifting with the tides. To quick to reposition someone to another role without giving it enough though. Inexperienced staff to many egos floating around.
