      Executive and management don’t know what they are doing. Yes men get promoted and hard workers get pushed out.

      Competitive Salary, generous paid time off, Hybrid schedule, opportunities for advancement in NYSIF and NYS, great office morale

      Cons

      only 50% telecommuting available. Decisions can take longer due to procedures and approval process (NYS red tape). Due to opportunities for promotions there are many structure changes.
