Pros
work from home, lots of free company merch, holiday's off, you get to go home early (1/2 days), on Fridays in the summer until early November, routine work, great LOA and disability programs
Cons
High turnover, huge learning curve to learn the business, time consuming role, 30 minute lunches, two 15 minute breaks, some lazy co-workers, most people do not give a 2 weeks notice and work must be redistributed. Digital communication only. This is not a role for unorganized people or people who struggle with time management. Some middle managers are extremely overbearing and bothersome.
