      Easily hired, Good communication, Nice people

      Cons

      Agency contract work means less pay-I make $2 an hour more than I used to and take a whopping $300 less home each paycheck. It's 19/hr but take home is barely $1,000. Didn't even offer to reimburse a required payment for an ID card. Had to reach out first just to understand how to implement time off.

      Pros

      Temp companies are all generally a little skeevy but NWP provides PTO and a 401k. They are willing to work with you on your salary when your contract is up, and otherwise really stay out of your way when you're working.

      Cons

      Their health insurance is astronomical, but you don't have to take it.
