Cons
Pressure is top to down leading to micromanagement in every aspect. Everyone from directors to managers to lobs put immense pressure. Market news is they don't pay ex employees their incentives. If you want to get incentives stay in newwave till money hits the bank, then leave. Sales strategy changes every few weeks. Sales team changes every few months Relationship with end clients is nil. Technical skills of engineers is zero. Engineers are also paid zero.
