Good policy & procedure. Ongoing training. Reasonable rate of pay & sleep rate. Present lead/manager excellent. Ability to work under own initiative. Very rewarding emotionally. Good employee mental health support network available.

Shift pattern across two service houses can cause conflict; narrow window of free time. Predictable colleague sick leave disrupts rota due to staff shortages. Established 'clicks' of staff in service can be intimidating. Manipulated documentation. Response to rectify issues with employees could be quicker.
