If you do not get your work done, sometimes you need to work extra hours to finish everything. Schedule is already later so its dark when you get off work.

Opportunity to grow within the company! They only promote from within. I came in to an entry level position but with training and experience was able to move up. Fun team atmosphere and always events to go to, makes it easy to make friends if you are not from the area.

Rejection. I am in the sales and marketing department so there can be angry customers or people that are mean and do not want to talk to you.
