Pros

There are career opportunities because everyone keeps leaving or getting laid off.

Cons

The boss truly knows his way with words. Will build up an unrealistic dreamland of what the job is for a week. Then once you are comfortable everything turns a 180. Overworked and underpaid is the name of the game. Says salary employees don't have a set off time or breaks. You WILL work way more than 40 hours a week but only get paid for the 40 hours. Blames the hostile work environment he has built on employees not built in the "company culture" but its actually all him. He knows how to work people's weaknesses and dangles more pay like a carrot, but will wait until the last possible moment to actually give it to you. Uses underhanded tactics to write own reviews and bad mouth other competing companies. Claims he is transparent to his employees and customers but I truly believe he does not know the meeting of that word.

Pros

As a manager, I’ve seen firsthand how much effort goes into improving the company — from safety programs to clearer expectations and better communication. The crews are dedicated, and there’s a lot of pride in the work. Leadership is accessible and open-minded, and we’re encouraged to find solutions rather than feel stuck. The company invests in equipment and technology that helps us deliver better service.

Cons

High expectations — but they push you to grow.

Pros

I’ve had a very positive experience working here. The company is busy, organized, and committed to delivering quality service to clients. Leadership genuinely wants employees to succeed and provides support when you ask for it. If you show initiative, there are real opportunities for growth into management or specialized roles. The teams are hardworking, and you can tell people take pride in their work.

Cons

Like any fast-paced service company, it gets really busy during busy seasons, but leadership is actively working on improvements and it comes with the industry
