      Great environment at customer's site. Lots to learn.

      Cons

      Being new to the Federal Contractor world, lots of moving parts that became overwhelming. Another thing is being "siloed" into your specific role that you were hired for. No cross-training and working with others in higher roles.

      The people I worked with is where this place is great to work for.

      Cons

      The management responsible for IT does not understand IT and everything is patched together since the senior Administrator left the org. Under pay for the work that is given.
