I know now why the interview was that easy. They have a flawless system of getting free lessons from naive teachers like myself. They have prorations on their already low pay. They deduct percentages of payment for hours you already worked for if you leave the company earlier than 4 months, so you wake up in the middle of the night to deliver lessons you will never get paid for. Eventually you get exhausted and you give up and they dont pay you because of that. they email you all the time and ask you to get more night shift groups because so many teacher quit all the time and they recruit new who will also quit soon and the company will have gained a set of free lessons again without paying their teachers. smart . also the training is inadequate and they avoid answering your questions especially in regards to payment and they selectively reply when they dont like your questions. so please stay away
