      Pros

      Good benefits and good compensation for a local job in IT. Nice coworkers and great office staff. Supportive when It comes to training and tools.

      Cons

      Don't bother working here unless you are a right wing die hard redneck. Promotions are few and far between and you will likely be laid off because you don't the benefit to step down to your previous job and you will be out on the street.

      Great team support and a very kind group of people!

      Cons

      Managers manage, NOT lead. I've always been in companies where there were Leaders. Not the case here. In addition, you get paid close to minimum wage, and the benefits are horrible.
