Pros
I have been working for private and public companies for more than 20 years. Particularly in this company I have spent more than 3 years, which is a rarity nowadays considering the fast pacing economic environment and globalization.
I will tell you the reasons why you should work here:
Easy going people: This is a must in every place you intend to work. Nothing is more discouraging than having to struggle with coworkers. I am not saying is perfect but certainly we have nice people from different countries and backgrounds. People are helpful in neuvoo, they will not let you down.
Dramatic growing: The company is growing, you might not want to be in a very big organization where might be difficult to project your ideas and judgment calls. This is a very good moment to work here, if you get things done and have initiative, chances are you will lead a team or something and thrive. You might be CEO/CTO/VP who knows etc.
Remote or office positions: Wether you like to work in an office or remotely there is a role for you at neuvoo. The company is flexible regarding this, as long as you perform there should be no problems. That is to say, no matter where you work, in their offices or remotely. Of course there a positions where some leading roles need to be located in a particular city.
Some upper managers reward you when you excel. I think this is very positive, you are willing to work more and deliver more. They take care of you and you take care of them.

CONS:
Some middle managers ignore good performers at the bottom and fail to deliver suggestion to upper management, this translate in some unhappy guys here and there. However I think the company do its best to provide help
