Lack of scientific integrity - Scientist Neurotech Pharmaceuticals Employee Review

I have never worked at a less professional organization than Neurotech Pharma. Manager and supervisor worked against each other, contradicting each other on job assignments, causing real emotional harm. Other employee's told me to "Keep your emotions at home", not understanding the problem was with the cognitive dissonance the "leaders" of our group seemed to enjoy creating. I was told never to say anything bad about the "Company", and to keep my thought to myself. This completely unethical "requirement" goes against everything I know about how a good company should operate. Supervisor and manage were unable to complete a performance review after one year of work, and instead terminated my employment. Manager took all my data and presented it in a company meeting without acknowledging my contribution, and claimed she had done all the work. When I informed the CEO of what was going on, he claimed he didn't even know what I did at the company, which had less than 50 employees at the time.
