This company is so unethical that Glassdoor had to put a bright red banner on NLI’s profile due to NLI trying to water down its terrible reviews. How embarrassing for NLI!! I’m talking specifically about an unethical, toxic, power hungry President and absent “CEO”. I have never worked at such an amoral, corrupt organization. They do not practice what they preach. Their corrupt practices know no bounds. I’m not surprised that they’ve gotten themselves caught up in this Glassdoor scandal. President and CEO think they’re above everyone and smarter than everyone else. Surprise! You’re certainly not (you’re just willing to be more corrupt than most people, not the same thing). Now you had to learn the hard way. How awful for you to have to learn that so publicly. What will be enjoyable to watch is this the fallout from NLI trading short term gains from unethical practices for the repercussions that have inevitably started to catch up to them in the long term. They didn’t think it would catch up to them. They were wrong.
