Pros

Great client list and lot of potential in new technologies / products they work on (especially Web J2EE, UI/UX, Cloud, Big Data and Artificial Intelligence). A lot of opportunity for a new comer to learn and to work with big clients and grow Technically.

Cons

Smaller company so not much growth potential for promotions but there is plenty of work and room to grow within the job. But not a place to have different roles or get promoted. Hierarchy is not properly organized.

Pros

Good work culture. Salary and Benefits are automated. Timely response from HR personnel. Very employee centric company. Technically challenging projects (mostly in JAVA). Appraisals are annual and are done using a Quarterly based performance appraisal.

Cons

Promotions for highly sought mid level positions might get competitive. If you want to become a partner, there are opportunities available but work life balance gets affected.

Pros

Provide opportunities to get your hands on latest IT Technologies and Skills. Work load could vary depending on the office you are working. Dearborn, MI office has more workload because of heavy product development work. Virginia office is less loaded and workload is normal. Technical Team is supportive. when you need their help They can support you technically. I was a relatively new entry level developer with little experience. When I was stuck in programming, the senior developers would assist. Technologies can change depending on the direction but that’s how I learnt. Mostly they use JAVA, J2EE, Mobile UI development and Cloud. Also Getting H1-b done was a big relief also. Didn’t have to worry much as attorney takes care of everything

Cons

Management is very much focused on client engagement. doesn’t have much of a direct contact with staff. Once you prove yourself, There is some Resistance by some of the managers to let you leave and join new projects. Appraisals & Promotion policy is somewhat different. The starting package may be average. Don’t expect appraisals/promotion in the first 1 year. After the 1st year, things could go fast.
