The people are great, the owners are active, knowledgeable and friendly. It really does feel like an extended family. Benefits are good, atmosphere is good and ownership really cares about their employees

A few great people have left recently

There are a few good people there but it is NOT enough to keep someone working there.

They have incredibly unethical work & employment practices. There is not an ounce of ethical behavior at this company. Working here can easily suck you dry and crush your spirit. The owners sit back and let unqualified people make business decisions. You will not get a review unless you demand one, which means no raises unless you ask your boss for one. There was never any HR while I was there. There was a complete lack of authority and proper management.
