      One thing. It is a job.

      Cons

      No paid Holidays. No paid Sick time. No paid time off. Clock out to go to bathroom. Unorganized lead, supervisors, hr, interviewer, & workspace. Instructions on assignment is unclear. Everything you do is wrong. Gross workspace. Trash everywhere. Old food. no trash take out. smelly, & dirty. No assignment/work no pay til next assignment. No guarantee you will have work all month or tomorrow.

      Pros

      Easy work. Can work straight 8 hrs and leave for the day.

      Cons

      No PTO or Holiday pay unless you are salary employee. Only allowed 30 min break if you choose, otherwise you are expected to stay at your desk. Only allowed to take bathroom breaks. Constantly monitored by cameras installed in production area to make sure you're not talking or away from your desk too long.
