      Pros

      Good office location. Work life balance. Generally a nice place to work in. I do really like the company and was inspired by CEO Lawrence Chan.

      Cons

      The dept I was in has toxic culture, all the way from VP level. To extent that some colleagues sent me a farewell gift on my last day and wrote "from anonymous", then contacted me and said they leave out names for fear of being "targeted" after I left.

      Pros

      There is both guidance and autonomy, and I had a good experience with my supervisor who guided me through the initial phases of the role before allowing me to take over higher-level responsibilities.

      Cons

      As an intern, you cannot access any of the benefits available to full-time staff.
