      Flexible leave is great for childcare. So up to a certain level can have a great work life balance. Opportunities to try different roles internally.

      Cons

      Bit uncertain at the minute with some staff being offered voluntary severance, rail industry is suffering and needs commuters back on trains 2 days per week
