Pros

I worked in this company for a month and I can say in advance that I did not suit them and they fired me. And now let's tell everything in order how it happened and whether it is fair on their part, as well as my observations about this company. The office itself is not very big, there are no windows, although this is not a basement, this can cause a headache. There is a small kitchen where you can make your own coffee, and the company gives out $20 a week for lunch. At the start, they give out equipment and the necessary headset for work. They give a week for training, there is an opportunity to watch training videos, but they do not contain complete information that is necessary for the workflow, but they will definitely say that you can ask if you need information about some issues. There will be questions, of course, since they use up to 20 different tools, which of course requires additional time to learn everything. A week later, I was allowed to complete the first tickets, and the process went well. In the first week, I received positive feedback from customers in one of the services that they use, it is tied to a ticket system (there you can collect some points and you can buy an Amazon gift card or a gas discount). There is always work and interesting tickets that I want to solve as soon as possible, I tried to constantly work and not even go outside for a break. for 3 weeks of work, I began to take tickets for more difficult ones, which require additional clarification from colleagues, since they have specific tools and requirements, for example, how to properly register a new laptop in this system. I asked and I was successfully given answers and tickets were successfully completed. At the end of the month, I successfully made 40 tickets and got a lot of positive feedback. And here is the most interesting thing, at the end of the month I was assigned a rally with the head of the company, and at this rally they said that my efforts and knowledge were not enough for their company. I was also told that they did not have time to train me. And I have a question, do you seriously think that if you have 20 different tools and I will not ask short questions during work, how to do everything correctly, then I am no longer suitable for this company? But I only worked for 3 weeks after the training, and is it really my problem that you have so many tools and you created all the conditions so that I wouldn’t suit you? Wasn’t the work done? I can not understand how you can fire a person who brings results. If this is the attitude towards me, then this will be the case for every employee. I can add that there was still an hour left until the end of the working day and I was asked to pick up my things and leave, although at that moment I was still working for 1 ticket. guys draw your own conclusions

Cons

From the pros, I can say that this company has a friendly team, I was glad to meet them

Pros

You get all the tools you need to go out in the field and do your job. Things like laptop bag, shirts, label maker etc are provided on hire.

Cons

Three bosses. Neither talks to one another and you get directives from three different people and can never actually be doing what’s expected because the requirements rarely overlap. Bosses are of polish decent and like to belittle employees in polish while sitting on the second level of office and all employees are sitting on the first level staring at close circuit cameras every single minute of every single workday. Boss peter is very apt to belittle you on the phone and in front of coworkers at the drop of a dime, regardless whether you were right or wrong (usually this guy has no idea what he’s talking about).
