Pros
Great company that cares about its people. And it shows. Some people have worked there over 20 years. They spend a lot of time working on improving the employee experience.
Cons
A bit behind in technology. Many of the tasks performed could be automated/combined/altered to increase efficiency. Customer Service role is a bit dull. Certain teams had a bit of favoritism.
