9yWe appreciate it when former employees take time to write a review. We’re sorry that your experience during and after the acquisition wasn’t a positive one. We take the concerns and feedback of all employees (present and former) very seriously. Our goal was and is to keep the familial and learning culture of the company alive and well as we move forward. Change can be difficult for people, and comes with new management and growth. When decisions are made, we take into account what would be in the best interest of our staff and the business. If employees ever have questions about what is going on within the department of the company as a whole, we have an open-door policy to speak with department heads and HR, to get some of those questions or concerns answered or addressed.
