Pros

Quite strength and determination of CEO is proving to be a winning leadership style. Netskope is successfully achieving its goals, demonstrating strong performance and effective execution. Impressive NPS and CSAT scores, both exceeding company targets, indicating high customer satisfaction. New leadership is effectively driving results, building structure, and fostering greater integration across business units. Much needed changes occurred last year, the fruits of those changes are now being realized.

Cons

Like a good boxer, you aim your punch through your opponent, not to your opponent. Netskope is too heavily focused on a potential IPO, not what is on the other side of that potential event. We need clear guidance on our longer-term goals, Limited career progression opportunities. The company faces challenges in managing an increasing volume of work with limited resources, single points of failure in many support and operations functions. While rapid improvements in turnover have occurred, company has many new hires at all levels of the company. Improvements in onboarding and ramp-up times need to happen. Product is a complex but big ROI. Sales teams that can pitch it succinctly win big.

Pros

-CEO is extremely forward-thinking, but still seems very genuine and practical. That culture trickles down. -Great customer solutions, so I can compete toe-to-toe and know that it doesn't have to start with pricing concessions, politics and FUD around competition, to obscure product shortcomings. -Benefits are outstanding, IMO. -There seem to be many opportunities to advance, and I have seen a lot of internal promotions in my first 30 days. -Culture is great, and has a strong foundation, but I can already see some polish wearing off at the employee level. You can't put wrong people in place and expect them to pay it forward.

Cons

-I have offered up three referrals and not one has received any follow-up outside of the confirmation email. -No 401K match, but I hear rumors.
