Pros

The food was decent, and some of the people you work with were okay.

Cons

If you work in inside sales, management is extremely micro, IMO. Do your research, look at who works for the company and for how long. There is a ton of turn over more than they would like to admit, IMO. I believe this is partially due to the lack of trust, respect, and overall atmosphere of this company, IMO. From what I read online, layoffs are happening, the dream of Netskope is becoming a thing of the past, IMO. CASB is no longer a a niche technology. This place is filled with big headed people, who think they don't stink, IMO. Bunch of small company people acting like they are big shots, IMO. Nice building in Santa Clara though. Hope it works out for ya post COVID, champs.

Pros

-CEO is extremely forward-thinking, but still seems very genuine and practical. That culture trickles down. -Great customer solutions, so I can compete toe-to-toe and know that it doesn't have to start with pricing concessions, politics and FUD around competition, to obscure product shortcomings. -Benefits are outstanding, IMO. -There seem to be many opportunities to advance, and I have seen a lot of internal promotions in my first 30 days. -Culture is great, and has a strong foundation, but I can already see some polish wearing off at the employee level. You can't put wrong people in place and expect them to pay it forward.

Cons

-I have offered up three referrals and not one has received any follow-up outside of the confirmation email. -No 401K match, but I hear rumors.
