Pros

Ability to learn within the company is fantastic and progressing can be made simple if you work for it. The client portfolio is truly impressive and work is a pleasure when you know that it has such an impact for some of the biggest companies out there. The office building at Battersea is amazing and offers lots of large lounge spaces and free pool and fuss ball that you can use with your colleagues. There are also two fresh food shops at the ground floor and you get fruits and nuts on a daily basis in the office. Other shops and an off licence are situated within 5 and 10 minutes walk.

Cons

You do learn a lesson about flexibility but it helps you later in life I suppose.

Pros

free veg and fruits and nice location

Cons

whatever management says goes even if its against developers and work interest, if they tell you the ocean is pink just accept it and do not argue. Any chance to cheap out is taken, they tend to hire juniors and give them mid-senior work because they know hiring seniors cost. Even with big project they will try to cheap out as much as possible instead of being processional. No matter how hard or how long you work for them, you wont get a pay-rise until you chase it your self from them. Staff turn over is ridiculous, during my year and 2 month almost 8 people were let go off. management does not understand much IT, so there were some cases they got angry because they couldn't understand what we were trying to explain. they do not like a close nit development team as they always have the need to have someone in their side that always agrees with them no matter what.
