Those are all areas we actively invest in and are proud of.
We also appreciate you highlighting the challenges. Workload and time management expectations can be demanding at times, and we recognise the impact this can have on burnout. We’re continuing to focus on improving resourcing, knowledge sharing, and training to better support team members when taking on more complex work.
We’d also like to clarify a couple of points raised. All of our offices do have access to free parking, and we encourage team members to speak with their manager or HR if they are unsure of the options available at their location. In addition, short-term sick pay is in place, and details of this are outlined in our company manual. We recognise that awareness of benefits and provisions is just as important as having them, and we’re continuing to focus on clearer communication to ensure everyone has the right information.
