Pros

- The company always tries to improve in all directions; - I like that the company is aimed at improving the service not only for customers, but also for employees! It is very important. - Very friendly staff, which will always help! - The company has a highly developed system of advanced training: the company arranges internal courses, has its own knowledge base, which is timely replenished, internal chat rooms for programmers and consultants always help to quickly solve a complex issue, the company helps prepare for certification and pays for it, etc. - Very responsive managers and top managers! Even an ordinary employee can discuss with them any questions. Especially it is pleasant that managers always listen to employees! - If you want to work and earn more, then there are no problems. Additional work is paid very well.

Cons

Difficulties and problems arise at any job. But, as I wrote above, they are quickly resolved
