Pros
Great teams of people make up the bulk of the Company and workforce. Lots of people trying to do their best with changing circumstances and shifting landscapes. A good attitude and humble approach to problem-solving go a long way in making a good impression on mgmt.
Cons
This is still a growing company. If the expectation is for there to be a mapped-out plan and series of processes in place to handle unexpected scenarios, you're in for a rude awakening. Management and execs. are willing to listen and work with you to find solutions but are understandably not thrilled by employees who simple highlight issues and complain about them without offering constructive solutions or suggestions to resolve the problem.
