1. Friendly people, as most of them will be freshers, you can become tight buddies very easily 2. Good enough technical exposure 3. few of the managers are good and understanding 4. Nothing more..
Cons
1. Employees are treated as Robos. not even human beings.. 2. Very bad salaries, They'll show you good reveniews, but your salary wont be increased. You should stay poor, mean while they earn money with your value additions. 3. Worst middle management you can ever see in IT industry. 4. Only the people who can please managers in different means can sustain here. The people who really work are not going to get any hike. 5. Dont expect any facilities .. not even tissues in washrooms(shame). 6. Most of the employees are from same community, they are the only people who really love enjoying here. 7. etc etc etc, you can never find such cheap company from an IT company in hyderabad#
