Pros
Some of the people are genuinely good people.
Cons
Too many to list but I'll pin point the major ones. Don't expect to make anymore than your salary via bonus or commissions. This is the "cheapest" company I've ever worked for in compensating it's employees unless you are of Indian decent. C-Levels are banking as much as they can and don't expect to be part of that payout at all. You are put up at the nastiest hotels when traveling and plan on sharing your room with another employee even if the room is $80. The micro-managing is absolutely crazy. There is no training program, period. Reading some other reviews say "Start Up" and "I'm sure will have a training program coming". Don't bet on it. It's an expenditure therefore you won't see that happening. They churn employees in and out like cattle as well as partners. The attrition level is through the roof because they aren't "great" at any services. Lastly, the average expense turn around was almost 3 months and you pay all travel out of pocket so put some cash aside for the 3 months they are using your money.
