This is the company I have been searching for. After years working in the enterprise (manufacturing, financial and health care) I was a little hesitant about going back to a consultative role, my concerns were quickly brushed aside. The company sponsors a two day new hire orientation, what a fantastic idea and a way to meet with peers and to be introduced to all of the companies business areas. The senior management team (they are also the owners) are deeply involved in day to day operations, both from a business perspective and also overseeing the team members making sure we are empowered and able to do our jobs. Work / life balance is not just a hip marketing term to them, they were living this concept at the start. I highly recommend that if you are looking for that place that you've only read about, this is it, submit your resume and get the ball rolling.

Company not well known yet in my market. This is changing and is getting noticed by our competitors which will soon change this from a con to a pro.
