      Pros

      Netchex is a young company (under 20 yrs) with a very diverse team. The company was purchased a year ago by Growth Curve. They expect to grow the company and improve processes to take it public. The platform is easy to navigate and growth in the company is likely. New executives have great ideas and outlook on how to streamline the system and increase the revenue of the company. As this unfolds, I expect the workplace environment and workload to improve.

      Cons

      Salaries are below national averages. Some of the management won't allow you to transfer to different departments or get elevated. The persistent butt-kissers seem to get elevated first. There is too much pandering to the "political minorities". This shouldn't be a workplace strategy.

      The company’s product has improved a lot in the last few years. Company is growing.

      Cons

      Culture is changing away from a laid back 9-5 to a startup culture focusing on getting things done no matter what.

      Pros

      Netchex is a place where people genuinely care about the work and about each other. Over the past few years especially, there’s been significant investment in the product, leadership alignment, and the overall employee experience. The pace of change has been real, but it’s happening for the right reasons... the company is positioning itself to compete and grow rather than standing still. Leadership is accessible, decisions move quickly, and individuals can make a visible impact here in ways that are harder to find at larger organizations.

      Cons

      There has been a lot of change as the company continues to scale and mature. That can create some ambiguity at times, and teams have had to stay flexible as priorities evolve. The upside is that the direction is becoming clearer and processes continue improving.
