Pros
1. Colleagues - The people there are all pretty young (ranging from 20s to early 30s), so if you fall within that age bracket, it's easy to be friendly and nice towards one another. Everyone can be serious about the work that we do but we know how to have fun together as well.
2. Steep learning curve - The role that I took on allowed me to take on multiple responsibilities and forced me out of my comfort zone to try out new things. These helped in cultivating a lot of new skills, such as project management, planning, budgeting, regional experience, cross-country communication.
3. Open culture - You can easily grab hold of the higher management and relay feedback on things you feel can be improved.
Cons
1. Lack of differentiation between roles - In every department, there are bound to be junior and senior execs as well as team leads. There doesn't seem to be much opportunities for the roles to grow despite the change in designation.
E.g. One can be a team lead but feels that his/her job scope isn't much different from a junior exec, with rare exceptions from time-to-time (adhoc duties)
