The staff and team is easy to work with. They are flexible for your needs and when it came down to it, Family Came first. Reasonable hours and benefits were a plus

There were some issues but none that merit an explanation. All workplaces have there issues, you just make the best of it and keep moving forward.

I worked for NetTech for 15 years, and was involved in many different aspects of the business. I started out as a desktop support technician, and before I left, was managing a multi-state, multi-year operation. While the company is a small business, the organization has lots of potential for someone that wants to get in and work. The team while I was there was fun to work with, and was always looking out for each other and the company. There is definitely potential to grow and get a lot of different experience, as we did almost anything that our customers could ask within the technology world.

This is not a place where you will be able to be mediocre and get away with it, but the company rewards hard work and success. If you are looking for a job where you are going to work, but there are opportunities for both growth and reward - my experience says this is a good place. If you are looking for somewhere to hide in mediocrity - I wouldn't suggest working here.
