As of my career path, i have been working for several startups since they are founded and Netobjex is one of them. I can tell you, Netobjex is a great startup with solid visions and technologies. Great benefits that can keep your mind in peace and provide very good environment for employees, engineers to develop their skills and enough fun so that they can still enjoy while working here.

Fast pace, and sometimes up and down as part of startup nature

- Highly collaborative start-up environment - CEO, Raghu is a truthful person, delivers on his promises, and cares about his customers and employees - IoT/ M2M are buzzwords, it's about what problems you can solve for your customers in this digital age. It's this consultative approach of Raghu's coupled with all the technologies he and his engineers have built will make NetObjex a force to reckon with in the future - Great benefits: both time-off and health - Great marketing and good team and CEO that know how to create buzz around their prototypes and solutions. - Location in Irvine. Had this company been in the Bay Area, man it would have gotten so much attention both from a funding and marketing standpoint - Lack of structure and process across various groups within the company. But it's what you come to expect at a start-up. Hopefully, they can improve as they grow
