Pros

Snacks and good benefits, solid potential for product but they seem to always miss what the people actually want (ThreadKM and AfterPattern busted). And for some weird reason are okay with it and keep the same CPO?

Cons

It's too hard for customers to leave so they are forced to be okay with the lack of product improvements. Executive team is surrounded by yes men/women so nothing seems to change.

Engineering leadership is top notch.

Cons

Lack of communication in the product organization and dependencies on dev ops slows teams down.
