3yThanks for taking time to share your input and for your recognition of what a great and unparalleled solution we have in the market. Negative feedback can be tough to see but we recognize that every company has room to improve and we try to take every opportunity to do that.
While I know this isn't always the comfortable thing to do, the People Experience Team is available to help if you feel that your manager isn't providing you what you need to be successful in your job. Not only is the PX team willing to help, but they'll also make sure to protect anyone who comes to them from unfair treatment as a result of that conversation.
While we welcome and want to learn from your feedback, I would like to point out for the sake of accuracy, that our CRO was a successful Sales VP of Field Teams prior to joining NetBrain, and he was also very successful as a Regional VP at NetBrain before being promoted into the CRO role.
Lastly, we do appreciate your feedback on the BDR function and I'm very pleased to say that we have a Business Development Manager joining us in May, and we're already interviewing to hire a team of BDRs under that manager now!
