Pros
Very collaborate, positive and team oriented culture. Sales & support drive high levels of customer loyalty. Can do attitude permeates when the organization gets focused. Good benefits with volunteering encouraged and good 401k matching program. Smart people throughout the company.
Cons
Politics has entered into the culture at NetApp and not in a good way in recent years and it has hurt internal decision making which used to be a strength. Specially prevalent in the TD community unfortunately. Still very engineering led and have repeatedly missed important market trends because of it, so playing catch up versus leading in a lot (most?) areas.
