Pros
I have been at NetApp for two years now, and it is the first company in my 20+ year sales career where I feel like everyone in the company works for me. While there has probably been a couple, I cannot think of a time where I received push back on a reasonable request. Sales management is respectful and isn't constantly badgering me on deal status, etc.
Cons
Few people want to leave NetApp, especially if they are under performers, so you will run into people that are barely qualified to do the jobs they hold.
